Requirements
Proven success with disaster restoration and mitigation project management and construction sales/estimating. Proficiency with Xactimate software and all MS Office systems. Supervisory experience and college degree preferred. Must possess good communication skills, ability to work in a team environment, and have a keen attention to detail.
Description
Sales/Estimators are expected to estimate and sell restoration, mitigation, renovation, retail, home improvement and other construction work. Leads are provided from various preferred vendor programs. Excellent communication and organizational skills are required. This position will manage project paperwork and job schedules; relationships with customers, vendors and subs; manage projects; minimize errors and problems; oversee billing and collections; maintain high client satisfaction and assist in developing controls and systems. Availability after normal business hours or on weekends may occasionally be required to accommodate customer availability.
